I made this up myself. It goes very well with veggie burgers, and is especially good for a barbecue or buffet.
Ingredients
500g (1lb) new potatoes, washed
15ml (one tablespoon) of salad creme (or mayonnaise)
15ml (one tablespoon) of wholegrain mustard
5ml (one teaspoon) of dried thyme or 10ml (one dessertspoon) of fresh thyme
15ml (one tablespoon) of bacon-flavour soya sprinkles (optional - these are called Bacos and are available in most supermarkets. They are vegetarian, but they are also GM so if that bothers you, don't use them!)
Salt and pepper
Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and cook the according to taste - I think they are best left fairly firm for this recipe.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked potatoes with the other ingredients, seasoning to taste.
